I’m Adrian Maharaj—a career operator who has built and scaled revenue engines across Google, Meta, Pinterest, Intuit, and venture backed startups. Today I lead Global  Channel Partnerships at Google, where multi billion dollar partner ecosystems meet real‑time GTM execution.

Beyond Google I advise a portfolio of private companies on product strategy, partnership architecture, go‑to‑market design, and revenue precision turning early‑stage uncertainty into measurable leverage.

What Is Formare_HQ? What Does Formare Mean?

Formare is a Latin verb meaning “to shape,” “to mold,” or “to bring into form.”

But in the context of this platform and my work it’s much more than etymology.

It’s a philosophy.

To formare is to shape not just what you build, but how you lead, how you decide, how you grow.
It’s about turning intention into structure. Chaos into rhythm. Potential into precision.

In a world drowning in tactics, Formare is about design.

Designing leverage.
Designing clarity.
Designing outcomes that aren’t left to chance.

It’s the difference between hustle and harmony. Between reacting to growth and architecting it.

Form is not decoration. Form is the operating system. And once you shape it with intention, everything else accelerates.

I built Formare_HQ as a digital studio to share what I’ve learned (and continue to learn) while leading partnerships at Google, architecting ecosystems at Meta and Pinterest, and building startups from scratch.
